An outstanding modern residential care home. Capable of sustaining 108 permanent residents in a comfortable environment, with exceptional on-site services.

Assisted Living

These residents can expect respectful and caring assistance as they go about the daily activities of their own choice – not those of nursing home staff. In addition to providing their own personal care, assisted living residents will also do their own laundry, cook all meals (with optional assistance), and clean. These residents can expect that their new home will be just that – their own home, shared in community with other residents. These residents are welcome to have visitors at any time between 7am and 9pm, and to plan outings whenever and wherever they choose. Staff will always be available if assistance is required.

Full Care Living

For residents with more demanding health or care situations, skilled nursing staff will provide a more closely supervised and assisted lifestyle. Full-time and part-time staff are on hand 24 hours a day, with sub contracted specialist assistance on demand.

Residents will receive any necessary medications on the schedule determined when they enter the facility, administered by our nursing staff, and overseen by a qualified doctor. They will be encouraged to take part in social activities, including physically non-demanding activities in the garden and private pool, to speed their recovery and improve their sense of connection.

Future Services

In the second year, with our residents and staff established, we plan to explore potential connections with other local institutions, and make available a series of activity based pursuits, from gardening, to cooking, to fishing. This can be considered an additional income stream.
